On behalf of the Second Light Board of Directors, please find our Request for Proposal (RFP) for Shelter Operations and appropriate attachments.
We hope you will consider proposing to be part of this transformative project to support our neighbors experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the Wichita community. We also encourage you to share with others who might be interested in this proposal process.
